Strumming one last bit, the girl directed her orbs at the male. The female never got so close with the boy by herself besides walking home together; which never seem to be enough time. However, she didn’t want to invade his space. She just enjoyed the company of another human being by her side. Scooting over a little bit, the girl made space for him to sit down beside her.▎♉
When making that move, she could feel the glares coming from behind the other girls. Lance, being a transfer student from another country and being an attractive male, got all the girls squealing over him. Times where Tabby would try to talk to him but he was surrounded by girls he didn’t even know; it kinda gave her more insecurity about herself. Of course, she would never let a boy get over to her head. However, he seemed different from how the other girls described it.

Resisting to let her cheeks turn red, she giggled quietly to herself before looking down at her guitar. “Ah, really? What’s the reason? An American girl already took your heart?” She said in a teasing tone before letting out another giggle. “Or you aren’t the type for relationships or such?”

A smile pained the high school student’s features. Sitting down beside the female, the blonde set down his bag next to him. Nothing really special inside it, just some school supplies, notes, and music sheets for when music class started. The male paid no attention to the girl’s giving glares. Like he said moments before, they could look all they wanted, didn’t mean a thing.
Pushing a stray blonde lock away from his face, he looked at her with the smile still remaining. Yeah it was true, he was a flirt and loved to make girl’s fluster. But Tabitha was different to him, he considered her a friend and not just an admirer that followed him everywhere. It was nice, having a friend like her.
Hearing her question, he soon responded in that normal accent of his. “Hm? Oh no girl’s taken my heart, not yet anyway.” Did he wink? Nah, he couldn’t of. The morning breeze gently ruffled his blonde tresses, before speaking once again. “You could just say I’m not looking for a relationship right now, after all I just moved here. I’d like to get to know people more before getting into those type of affairs.”
