Being a fire sign, Lance has the ability to deal with fire and or produce it. When people are close to him, you can feel warmth of a gentle flame. But, even the gentlest of flames can become fierce.
As a child, the blonde had difficulties controlling his fire power, and accidentally hurt those close to him. Kid’s began keeping their distance from the constellation. He has it mostly under control now. But sometimes, he has horrible memories of his fire power.
There was a girl close to him, someone he considered a mother. Living in a big mansion, not to many paid attention. Expect one maid, she looked like Lance in a way. Blonde hair, beautiful golden eyes as well. They truly looked like mother and son. She was responsible of teaching Lance manners, responsibility, and not to mention taught him how to talk to girls and how to play piano. She thought of Lance as her own, and loved spending time with the young master.
She always called him her little angel, even though Lance hated being called a angel, due to never thinking himself as one. They were happy, until someone despised seeing that happiness.
Then one day, his anger got the best of him. His adopted father angered him, saying
“You really think you have a mother? she doesn’t care about you. In this world everyone is your enemy."
Then, he lost full control of his flames. Screamed that she wasn’t his mom, that he was all alone and hurt her severely. She died in the hospital of severe burns days later. Even in her final moments, she acted like a mother. Saying it wasn’t his fault, that young boys were always hard to control.
He was screaming mommy then.
Lance never forgave himself, ever since then everyone treated him badly, and he endured tons of abuse from his adopted father. Physically and emotionally from killing one of his maids.
For years and years he withstood it. All the abuse, all the name calling such as "Devil’s child.” and “Pyromaniac.” He acted like it didn’t bother him. Till he couldn’t take it anymore, and ran away. Taking most his father's fortune, Lance fled. Taking only a few belongings with him, and left the scene in flames.
No, he didn’t kill the man who raised him poorly. Just left a reminder not to mess with him ever again.
