“What the hell is your problem today?” They just busted out into another argument, which is usually typical, except they were never this severe. Being frank, he was getting sick of being yelled at randomly, for no reason at all sometimes.

“Oh sure, I’m not tall enough to reach your stupid hand, but I can still kick you somewhere else!”

“Far worse has been done to me.” He pauses, actually using his damn head. Shrugging, he puts out the cigarette. “There, happy now?”

“Both of you, shut your pie holes! Tabby’s trying to sleep, and we all don’t want her angry do we?!”

" I can't believe you."

First, confusion spread across his features. What did he do wrong? Whatever it was, it left an upset expression upon the crab’s face. If he had a tail, it’d be between his legs right now. That disappointed gaze glaring right through him, it always bothered him. He could deny it all he wanted, it would always be true. He hated being judged, he only aimed to please others.

Out of all the disappointing words he’s had spewed his way, he didn’t expect any to come from one of his close friends. If anything, his approval mattered the most to the fire sign. So whenever he messed up, in their eyes he felt worthless. Sure, he wasn’t perfect, but Leo tried his best.

The hurt was evident upon his features, but the lion quickly concealed such emotions. Making an “tch” noise, the lion turned away from his gaze, trying to speak in a normal tone, but it only sounded forced.

“Whatever.. You don’t seem to believe a lot of things about me.” he retorted, keeping any further comments to himself.
